Our Journey

1. 2008

   MASSAED started with a team of 11 workers.

2. 2009

   Installed one of the highest speed lifts, travelling at 8 m/s, at ADNOC Tower, Abu Dhabi.

3. 2010

   Partnered with METRON.

4. 2011

   Introduced the “Team of Maintenance” and signed its first international project agreement (Savory Resort & Spa, Seychelles).

5. 2012

   Signed an MOU with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

6. 2013

   Signed annual maintenance agreements with Emirates Group and DP World.

7. 2014

   Started the Modernization department at MASSAED.

8. 2015

   Rated 24th in the SME100 Awards in Dubai.

9. 2016

   MASSAED reached 100+ employees.

10. 2017

    Signed a supply-and-installation agreement for People of Determination elevators with the Ministry of Education.

11. 2018

    Celebrated MASSAED's 10th Anniversary.

12. 2019

    Panoramic elevator replacement and supply at MCY, Abu Dhabi.

13. 2020

    First escalator installation at Al Seef Mall, Dubai.

14. 2021

    Supply & installation of a panoramic lift and escalators for 20 Plaza, Fujairah.

15. 2022

    Won 1st place in the Elevators World Photo Contest, Private Residence category.

16. 2023

    Honored with the Sharjah SME Award by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi.

17. 2024

    Signed a supply & installation agreement for 8 units with Dubai Culture at Al Fahidi, Dubai.

18. 2025

    Participated for the first time in “Make it in the Emirates”, showcasing elevator and accessibility solutions.
